Using a clinical model backed by evidence-based data for outstanding patient outcomes, Infinity Rehab therapists are primed to help each resident attain their therapy goals, build strength, and reach their highest level of independence. Infinity Rehab clinicians provide highly skilled services targeting the specific concerns and needs of each resident. Their mission is to help each resident achieve individual therapy goals and maintain an active and independent lifestyle.

After completing the therapy program, residents use PrimeFit, Leisure Care’s signature fitness program, to maintain PT-prescribed home exercises and pursue other fitness and healthy lifestyle objectives. In addition to therapy services, Infinity Rehab clinicians provide quick, free screenings, offer personalized wellness recommendations, and lead monthly presentations on relevant health topics.
