Bre Grubbs | Partner & Executive Vice President – Revenue Strategies
Bre Grubbs
Partner & Executive Vice President – Revenue Strategies
Bre’s introduction to seniors housing and Leisure Care was as a marketing intern in the summer of 2001. She was inspired by the company’s philosophy of making a positive impact, which ultimately led her back to the company in 2005. Her first role in the company was as a community sales advisor, and success in that role, as well as a passion for market research, quickly led to a move to Leisure Care’s home office, where she was a market research analyst. From there, Bre’s responsibilities grew along with the company’s development and acquisition pipeline, and in 2011 she became the director of Leisure Care’s new business team. She headed that growing department until 2021 when she assumed her current role as Partner and Executive Vice President – Revenue Strategies. In this role, Bre oversees sales, marketing, and new business for Leisure Care. Her focus is on collaboration with all company disciplines and external partners with the goal of achieving optimal performance and maximizing responsible growth. Leisure Care’s philosophy of making a positive impact on the company’s residents, families, employees, and business partners still drives her. She loves that her role helps bring greater opportunities to do so to the company. Outside of work, Bre can often be found keeping score at her 11-year-old son’s baseball games or working with the Washington State University Granger Cobb Institute for Senior Living to grow their senior living program. She is also actively involved with the NIC and serves on the National Conference Planning Committee.
