The Alz Cafe at The Linden at Murrieta Senior Living
We all need a place where we feel heard and seen. We all need a place where we can feel like we belong. We believe that people living with a dementia diagnosis and their caregivers need more support than ever. That’s why The Linden at Murrieta is hosting The Alz Cafe, a monthly social gathering for caregivers, family members, and people living with dementia.
Our warm and welcoming senior living community offers a range of senior care services, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. We offer intentional and fun programming that is adapted to each resident’s ability level and provide dementia-friendly dining and living arrangements. The first event of its kind in the area, we are excited to present The Alz Cafe, offering caregivers and their loved ones dementia activities, treats, tips, and the opportunity to explore caregiving options. The Alz Cafe is held on the first Wednesday of every month and will include guest speakers, dementia-friendly activities, take-home tips, and caregiving resources.

We will be exploring how we can take a proactive approach to dementia caregiving, understanding how to cope with resistance to everyday activities from a loved one, and how you can overcome it.
