History Comes to Life at MacKenzie Place – Fort Collins

Newly Renovated Wyoming State CapitolResidents and staff at MacKenzie Place – Fort Collins recently took a tour of the Wyoming State Capitol. The capitol has been closed to the public for four years as it was restored and rehabilitated. Our residents were able to see the extensive renovations firsthand and learn firsthand how state government plays a crucial role in the federal government.

Our residents enjoyed learning about the history of the State Capitol building and it was a great reminder of ourResidents at Wyoming State Capitol important role in our nation’s politics and government. It was also a wonderful opportunity for our residents to remember their own important role in community life and that they make important contributions that are greater than themselves.
