It takes dedication and discipline to commit to a fitness regimen at any age. Russellville Park resident Barbara Robinson has exemplified that dedication and discipline through our PrimeFit program. Every Monday through Friday, Barbara in our group fitness class. She uses the gym every evening and has met with our personal trainers to discuss healthy eating habits. Her focus and determination has led to a weight loss of over 110 pounds. When Barbara first toured Russellville Park, she needed a wheelchair. Now, she only uses a walker.
