It’s no secret that at Leisure Care we like to celebrate. We celebrate our residents and we celebrate each other. We are now excited to celebrate Janice Pate, RN, Health and Wellness Director at Madrona Park, for receiving LeadingAge’s Award for Outstanding Leadership.
LeadingAge is highly respected throughout the senior living industry and has over 6,000 members and partners and is part of the Global Ageing Network, which includes 30 countries throughout the world. The organization hosts annual awards that honor their member organizations and individuals that show excellence in their nonprofit senior services. Recipients of LeadingAge awards “make outstanding contributions to our field and represent models of leadership, quality, and innovation.”
We are honored to call Janice part of the Leisure Care family. She is a woman of high integrity who demonstrates the excellence in leadership that we all strive to obtain.
