Treeo – South Ogden is proud to welcome Johnny DelVecchio as our new General Manager. With a background in senior living leadership and a passion for hospitality-driven service, Johnny brings a people-first approach that aligns and supports the Treeo experience our residents and their families expect.

Johnny joins Treeo – South Ogden with more than 15 years of senior living experience, including serving as an Executive Director and General Manager. Throughout his career, he has been known for building strong, engaged teams and creating communities where residents feel genuinely at home.

A Hospitality-First Leadership Style

Before coming over to senior living, Johnny was an award-winning restaurant owner in Las Vegas, an experience that continues to shape how he leads today. Hospitality, for Johnny, is about more than service. It’s about relationships, communication, and anticipating others’ needs.

His hospitality-based background influences every aspect of his leadership style. From how team members collaborate to how residents and families are welcomed and supported, Johnny believes great experiences are built through trust, consistency, and care.

At Treeo – South Ogden, Johnny’s focus is on fostering a positive, empowering culture for both residents and team members. He believes that when employees feel supported and valued, residents do too. For him, it’s all about culture and a spirit of belonging.
