The Best Backdrop for Your Best Moments
Every update starts with how our residents use the space. Our primary goal is to create comfortable, functional, and welcoming areas to support connection and community. With that in mind, we’re currently renovating most of our first-floor common areas, including new carpeting and kickplates in hallways and fresh paint. We are also improving our pool and outdoor areas.
Caring for a Place People Call Home
Renovating an active independent living community takes time and care. Residents may notice temporary changes to familiar spaces as the final work is completed. We will continue keeping residents and families informed about what to expect throughout the process.
Even through the changes, daily life at Fairwinds – River’s Edge will remain centered on the people who live here. Familiar team members, favorite activities, shared meals, and lasting friendships will continue to be part of each day.
Join Us for the Renovation Reveal
We’re excited to celebrate this next chapter with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and renovation reveal on October 14, 2026, at 3 p.m. We look forward to welcoming residents, families, friends, and neighbors into the finished spaces and sharing everything that is new.
