The Landing of O'Fallon Embraces 'Three-Thirds' Lifestyle

Here at Leisure Care we are always looking for ways to grow and to expand our philosophy of five-star fun in senior living to new communities. We are proud to announce a new assisted living and memory care community at The Landing of O’Fallon. The Landing of O’Fallon will embrace our Three-Thirds Lifestyle philosophy of work-life balance and, like all of our communities will strive to improve the quality of life for residents, employees, and the larger surrounding community.

Building a Three-Thirds Lifestyle Community

We know that working with seniors is seriously fulfilling. A job in senior care means the opportunity to make a tangible difference in someone’s life every single day. We are invested in our residents, our communities, and our employees too. We call it the Three-Thirds Lifestyle and it means putting family first, giving back to the community second, and third, making meaningful contributions to the company. We know that when our employees are fulfilled, they can pour into our communities and residents, making meaningful connections and a real impact in the lives of those around them.

The Landing of O’Fallon is no different. Opening this summer in St. Charles, Missouri, The Landing of O’Fallon will feature 79 apartment-style homes for assisted living and 55 private and neighbor suites for memory care. The community will also be employing approximately 70 people in the local area. As with every other community, our highest priority will be finding exceptional people in the local area to join our team and impact the lives of residents and their families in a positive way. Leisure Care partner and executive vice executive Greg Clark says,

Culture is extremely important to Leisure Care and we’ve introduced some great new leaders to The Landing of O’Fallon, but we will continue to build on that leadership in the coming months. Having positive, high-energy people is what creates a fun work atmosphere and allows staff to focus on doing great things for the seniors in the community. With more than 40 years of experience bringing quality and innovation—and fun—to our communities, we think we have a lot to offer to both residents and staff.”

Debbie Nizborski, the newly hired general manager of The Landing of O’Fallon, was drawn to Leisure Care because of our focus on work-life balance and investment in our team. She says,

“One of the reasons that I was drawn to Leisure Care is the company’s belief that its employees must be truly happy and strive to live a balanced life. This means putting family first and giving back to the community, in addition to making meaningful contributions to the company. Leisure Care believes that when life is good at home their employees are more dedicated, efficient, creative and ultimately productive.”
