Home/Our Communities/Resident Art Show at Canfield Place

Throughout the year Canfield Place hosts fun and engaging events to bring residents, friends, and family together to create lasting memories and make meaningful connections. Most recently, we hosted our first annual art show showcasing the creativity of our residents. Learn more about the event and how a move to Canfield Place can fuel and reinvigorate a lifelong passion and a love for the arts.

Showcasing Resident Talent at Canfield Place

Our first annual art show displayed an impressive range of mediums and a wide variety of submissions from our residents. Residents, family, and friends gathered to view the pieces, meet the artists, and enjoy desserts and fine wine.

“I want to thank you for the opportunity to participate in the Canfield Place art show! It was a very nice way to show my work and see what others have done.” David Midlo

Each submission had a card detailing how the piece was made, who made it, and any special or unique story that inspired the art. After viewing the pieces and meeting the artists, everyone enjoyed desserts and drinks while the residents spoke for a few minutes about their artwork.

“What a special night it was to see all that was contributed for the art show, such a diverse group of mediums. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing it during the holiday season!” – Donna Poole

Our first annual art show truly showcased the talents of our residents and created an opportunity for family and friends to gather and celebrate the creativity at Canfield Place. We are truly thankful for what each resident brings to our community can not wait to do it again next year!

We would love for you to join us for our next evening of Five-Star Fun! Call or stop by Canfield Place today to see how you can live better than ever!
