During his time in the Management Associate Program, Jason had the opportunity to travel to various local communities, both in California and across states such as Washington, Idaho, and even the East Coast. His purpose was to provide assistance and support, using his expertise and newly acquired knowledge to contribute positively to these communities. By actively engaging with diverse populations and observing their operations, Jason gained a profound understanding of their unique challenges and developed innovative strategies to address them effectively.
