Bruce McCurdy General Manager
Bruce McCurdy is a New York native who has called Seattle home for the last 20 years. His hospitality-focused career began in New York City at the world-famous Plaza Hotel where he ran Palm Court. He has also served as the Food and Beverage Director at the Omni Park Central and at the Stanhope. From there, Bruce joined the TAM Restaurant Group, overseeing the buildout of two restaurants and reopening two historic restaurants in the heart of New York City.
His extensive experience in luxury living has prepared him for his role as the General Manager at Murano Senior Living where residents enjoy an elevated lifestyle. In his free time, Bruce enjoys good food, spending time with his family, and working on home projects.
Cynthia Weber Sales Manager
Cynthia is a well-traveled Seattle native with over ten years of experience in senior living. Believing that community connection fundamental to a well-lived life, she is focused on giving residents at Murano Senior Living an unforgettable experience through innovative programs, therapies, and person-centered care.
Cynthia is certified in person-centered care with the Alzheimer’s Association as well as Mental Health and Dementia for Washington State. In her role, she has developed innovative programs and therapies for those with dementia and Parkinson’s disease.
Her travels and diverse educational background brings creative thinking and an out-of-the-box approach to Murano Senior Living. In her personal time, she enjoys composing music, practicing mixed martial arts, and enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her family.
Sean Klos Food & Beverage Director
Sean Klos brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry to Murano Senior Living.
Sean has a wealth of experience working with both independent restaurants and global hospitality groups that include Schwartz Brothers restaurants, Din Tai Fung, and Holland America Cruise Lines. Most recently Sean served as the Food and Beverage Director with Columbia Hospitality Group. His wealth of experience brings unparalleled creativity and innovation to dining at Murano Senior Living.
Sean has called Seattle home since 1993 and quickly fell in love with all that Washington has to offer from outdoor adventures to the state’s amazing agricultural industry. In his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with his family and introducing his son to the joy of cooking.
Tara Wiedenman Business Office Manager
As the business office manager, Tara brings fun and creativity to her role at Murano Senior Living. Her background in marketing and events management highlights her organizational skills and her ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, rock climbing, or being creative in the kitchen.
Everardo Procel Plant Operations Supervisor
As a long-time resident of the Pacific Northwest, Everado Procel is the Murano Senior Living Plant Operations Supervisor. Everardo has extensive experience remodeling and rebuilding high-end residencies, ultimately playing a key role in the development of several other senior living communities. His expertise and extensive experience contribute immensely to the luxurious amenities and lifestyle offered by Murano Senior Living.
In his personal time, Everardo enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports, and being with friends and family.
Lisa Angeles Guise Enhancement Programs Supervisor
Lisa is a Seattle native with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Joining the Leisure Care team in 2008, Lisa fell in love with the company culture and our Three-Thirds Lifestyle philosophy, which balances family, philanthropy, and work. With a heart for philanthropy and improving the lives of others, Lisa has played a vital role in Leisure Care’s annual golf tournament, food drives, and fundraisers to provide immediate relief for local children and families.
Joining the Murano Senior living team in 2020, Lisa brings energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for serving others to her role. In her free time she plans family functions, baking, spending time with family, volunteering, or enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
