The team at Murano Senior Living combines decades of experience in senior living, hospitality, food and beverage, and event planning. Their diverse backgrounds come together to form a team that is truly remarkable and ready to use their talents to help Murano Senior Living residents live better than ever.
Eric Piekarz General Manager
Eric Piekarz is new to Seattle, but certainly not new to luxury senior living. Having successfully opened and managed a Leisure Community in Connecticut, Eric made the move west and joined Murano Senior Living in June of 2021. His prior senior living experience includes national as well as regional providers. His earlier career included work at a community foundation and pediatric physician practice management.
Both a giver and a helper, Eric is focused on extraordinary hospitality. “Every single service and amenity we provide is delivered from a hospitality perspective. Whether that’s our industry-leading dining program, apartment cleaning, and maintenance, our various levels of care and wellness, or our beautifully appointed public spaces, hospitality and customer service are the common threads that run through everything we do at Murano.”
Marc Nowak Sales Manager
Marc has been in hospitality for over forty years. In his early career, he managed luxury hotels and spas across the country. Returning home to Seattle in 2001 to care for his parents, he discovered his second career in senior living. Here he truly found his calling. Beginning as a General Manager, he went on to become senior vice president of one of the area’s leading senior living companies. Marc brought that experience and talent to Murano in June 2021. He considers himself a servant leader saying, “It’s easy for me because I truly believe in what we do, helping families and their loved ones”.
