Transitional Stays at The Landing of Collegeville

The Landing of Collegeville is excited to announce our new transitional stay option!

At The Landing of Collegeville, we are all about giving residents a choice. Our personal care and memory care plans are highly customized and personalized to fit the unique needs of each and every resident. We offer a la carte services so that residents are receiving the care they need and maintaining the independence they desire.

Our latest care option gives residents and their families even more of a choice. The transitional stay option at The Landing of Collegeville is designed to give residents a soft ‘landing’ as we work together to support the post-rehabilitation residents before returning home.

The transitional stay program is helpful for families who find themselves in that “Now What??” situation- their loved one has had a fall or a medical incident, and while they don’t need to be in a nursing home, they just aren’t comfortable going home.  The program buys time to get a better handle on the situation and options available. The Landing is the perfect place to get a little more therapy, a little more rest and recuperation, and a lot of expert guidance! – Monica Paulino, General Manager

Transitional stays are usually between two weeks and two months. There are no leveling fees, no entrance fee, and no deposit is required. Transitional stay is all inclusive and $175 per day, including on-site rehab. Our guests receive all the amenities of our community along with the knowledge that help is here, when and if needed.

Contact us to learn more about the transitional stay process! We will arrange an assessment within 24 hours.
